Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing, as many of our items are made to order. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has shipped, any delays that occur are outside of our control. If you experience a delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We’ll always do our best to support you, but carrier-related issues must be resolved through their customer service.
To avoid delays, please double-check that your name and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Delivery
We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within the U.S.
