What is the delivery time?

Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. This does not include holidays and weekends.

We do not offer rush delivery at this time. 


Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please verify that all order details, including shipping and billing information, are correct before checking out.

 

How Do I know my size?

If you're unsure about your size, please contact us before placing your order. Most items are unisex, and a size conversion chart is included in the product description.

Since orders cannot be modified once placed, we strongly recommend emailing us regarding sizing, we’ll gladly assist you with your inquiry to ensure the best fit.


Can I track my order?

Yes, of course you can track your order. Just go to the menu and click on "Track my order". Then enter the order number we gave you when you placed your order and you will get an overview of the status of your order.

Why did my order get cancelled?

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we use automated systems that may cancel orders flagged as suspicious. If your order is canceled, you will not be charged.

You might see a pending transaction on your bank statement — this is an authorization hold, not a charge. It simply reserves the funds and will be released within 72 business hours.

Why Orders May Be Canceled:

  • Mismatched billing or shipping details
  • Incomplete or inconsistent checkout information
  • Unusual activity detected by our system

Please note: Canceled orders cannot be reinstated.
If you believe your order was canceled in error, double-check your information and place a new order.
